2018 NRL Round 15 Betting Multi
The NRL season continues this weekend and we take a look at the best value matches for our NRL Round 15 Betting Multi below.
Cowboys vs Warriors (Friday, Jun 15 6:00pm AEST)
The NRL multi for Round 15 begins in Townsville with a Warriors victory over the Cowboys. In 2018, the NZ Warriors have actually recorded a better record in Australia, which is a huge turnaround from previous seasons. They comfortably beat the Sea Eagles last week 34-14 so they should travel to North QLD with confidence. The Cowboys lost to the bottom team (Eels) last week and in contrast, their confidence will be low. It’s hard to figure this team made the GF last season. They’ve lost 5 of 7 at home in 2018 and don’t seem to have enough points in them. The two sides have already met this season with the Warriors winning by 10 points in New Zealand. At 9-4 on the season, this is a key 2 points for them moving into the second half of the season.
Bulldogs vs Titans (Saturday, Jun 16 3:00pm AEST)
The multi moves to Belmore with the Bulldogs beating the Titans. The 3-10 Bulldogs have not looked great in 2018 but they have lost many close matches. Which includes a gallant 2 point loss to the 1st placed Dragons last week. They enjoy playing the Titans with 3 straight wins as well. The Titans are 1-4 in their last 5 and have been similar to the Bulldogs. They just lost to the in-form Rabbitohs last week. But their away form is a real concern. They’ve lost their last 3 on the road by 13+ and the trip to Belmore won’t be easy. The loss of Jarrod Wallace in the forward pack is also a big blow against the likes of Klemmer.
Dragons vs Sea Eagles (Saturday, Jun 16 5:30pm AEST)
The 3rd leg in our NRL multi should see the Dragons continuing their dominance over Manly. They have won the last 2 meetings by 30 and 25 points. The last meeting was a 52-22 thrashing as they led 30-0 at half-time. In season 2018, they have been one of the best sides to watch in the NRL and they also playing at home. They’re 7-0 as the home team and have easily won both matches at WIN Stadium over the Knights and Sharks. Manly is an out of form team and the injury bug has hit them hard in the middle of the season. Which has meant the bulk of the pressure is with Daly Cherry-Evans. He’s a talented player when the Sea Eagles are up and about. However, he’s going to struggle to keep them in this contest as the Dragons attack will prove too much.
Sharks vs Broncos (Saturday, Jun 16 7:30pm AEST)
In the 4th leg, the Sharks should continue their home winning form. They have won 4 straight at Shark Park and have scored 22+ in all 4 wins. They’re 23-15 after a win and playing at home, so they should be confident. The Broncos are backing up from an away loss in Melbourne and will be on the road once again after a 6 day break, which is tough. So I believe the Sharks great home form should be enough to get them over the line. At 9-5 and 7th on the ladder, they need this home win to get back into the top four.
Knights vs Storm (Sunday, Jun 17 2:00pm AEST)
Our NRL multi ends in Newcastle with a win to the Melbourne Storm. They average 41 points per game against the Knights in the last 3 meetings. At this venue, they smashed the Knights 44-12 last season. The defensive woes of the Knights haven’t improved in 2018 and that spells trouble against the Storm. They returned to their attacking form last week with a 32-16 win over the Broncos at AAMI Park. That was without Billy Slater, who returns from a hamstring. They’re also boosted by the addition of Will Chambers and Curtis Scott, which should give their attack even more fire-power. Newcastle has also lost 4 in a row at home and have conceded an average of 32.75 points in those games. So the Storm’s attack will be too strong.
