2017 Cricket Betting: England vs India T20 Series
England will bring their long and arduous Indian trip to an end with three T20 Internationals against India. Going by what was dished out in the ODI series, this is going to be another run-fest for the spectators that starts at Kanpur on Wednesday, January 26.
Big hitters on both sides
The ODI series saw both teams scoring more than 2000 runs as 300 was breached in each of the six innings. With an array of big hitters, fast outfields and short boundaries, the story promises to remain more of the same in the T20 Series.
The likes of Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh, MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina are household names in IPL and T20 cricket for India. Spotlight will also fall on new sensation Rishabh Pant who may get a chance to impress. All in all, Kohli has a side that is strong in the shortest format.
England are the reigning World T20 runners-up and a look at their squad tells you why. Who wants to be a bowler?
The sub-continent is always a bowler’s grave and the ODI series proved it once more. Barring Hardik pandya (surprisingly) and Ravindra Jadeja (who’s missing this series) none of the Indian bowlers could stem the flow of runs. T20s are of course a spinners’ game and Yuzvendra Chahal and Amit Mishra would be itching to bag some wickets.
England have the advantage of their key players coming from Big Bash experience. David Willey will be crucial, although the one to watch will be Tymal Mills with his extra pace.

India start as favorites, although this is a format that hasn’t been their happy hunting ground off late. India are the favourites for the series win, but at these odds England look more attractive. We will be backing England to have a solid start and win the first match.
