The 2015-16 NFL season has reached the halfway point and remarkably as we offer up our latest NFL betting tips there are still five undefeated teams in the league. This weekend two of those sides will face off against each other in a huge match with the Green Bay Packers heading to Denver to face the Broncos. Find our Week 8 Betting Tips below.

Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots (Friday 11.25am AEST)

The resurgence of the Dolphins under new coach Dan Campbell is truly remarkable as he has been able to turn this team around in such a short period of time and they have won their past two matches convincingly. Placing quarterback Ryan Tannehill under centre has improved his game and he threw 18/19 and four touchdowns with no interceptions in his last match. However, before we get too excited about the Dolphins we need to realise these wins came against two sides with a combined win total of just three games this season.

They are also up against the undefeated Patriots who have Tom Brady playing close to his best. The quarterback has one hand on the MVP award already and he always plays his best football in a prime time game. Brady is 8-0 when starting in Thursday night games and that will continue as they pick up a comfortable win and remain undefeated.

TIP: Patriots -7.5 @ $1.94 with Crownbet

Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers (Monday 5am AEST)

In huge news for the Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will return from a knee injury this week and it is necessary as they are taking on their undefeated conference rivals. During his absence the Steelers have been able to maintain a positive record but a loss this weekend would essentially put them in a position where they would be fighting for a wildcard berth in the playoffs. The running game of LeVeon Bell will allow for Roethlisberger to open up the play action pass and it will be the first time this season he will be playing with the running back and – Bryant after they were suspended in the opening two games that the quarterback was available before he went down hurt.

However, Andy Dalton and the Bengals are undefeated this season for a reason and it because the side has all the pieces to make a push for the Superbowl. Dalton has three big targets when he is in the red zone with A.J. Green, Marvin Jones and Tyler Eifert. The tight end Eifert has been the standout this season as he has 6 touchdown receptions on just 9 targets in the red zone in their six matches this year. Their offensive potencies will be too much for the Steelers defence.

TIP: Bengals -1.5 @ $1.92 with Palmerbet

New York Giants at New Orleans Saints (Monday 5am AEST)

The Saints have won back-to-back matches and picked up a huge win against the Colts last week. It was more Andrew Luck being horrible than the Saints being good though as he was repeatedly throwing awful passes that would have been picked off by any team. However, they were still able to convert with their opportunities and raced to a 27-0 lead before almost throwing that away towards the end of the match, as Luck got hot.

Meanwhile the Giants have been inconsistent this season and a lot of that is due to Eli Manning. The quarterback has played poorly for the last two matches and since leading his side to an opening touchdown drive against the Eagles he has thrown 2 interceptions, 0 touchdowns and has less than 200 yards in his last two matches. Manning is the type of player who bounces back and I can’t see him having this type of a game three matches in a row. The Giants will pick up the win and move into a strong position in their division.

TIP: Giants @ $2.42 with Sportsbet

New York Jets at Oakland Raiders (Monday 8.05am AEST)

The Raiders picked up a huge win last week against the Chargers as they improve to 0.500. They have shown drastic improvement this year, however they have struggled against sides that have a great defence. They are up against the Jets this week who have forced the most turn overs in the league and will be looking to put a lot of pressure on quarterback Derek Carr. The Jets are allowing only 283 yards per game this season compared to the Raiders who let it 388 yards. The Jets offence is also averaging more yards per match, which gives them a huge advantage and they will come away with the victory.

TIP: Jets -1.5 @ $1.87 with WilliamHill

Green Bay Packers at Denver Broncos (Monday 12.30am AEST)

The match of the round pits these two undefeated teams against each other. The Broncos have reached this status largely due to their defence, which is a surprise for a team that has Peyton Manning at quarterback. The 39 year old has clearly been affected by father time as his numbers are a career low and he has thrown for only 7 touchdown passes whilst he has 10 interceptions. The key to the Broncos winning will be him limiting those turnovers. Incredibly the Broncos are allowing less than 200 yards per game and if they can restrict Aaron Rodgers and pressure him then they will stand a chance.

However, Rodgers is an elite quarterback and has 15 touchdown passes and only 2 interceptions, which is only behind Tom Brady this season. Their ability to run the ball is also huge as it opens up the play action pass whilst also putting Rodgers in a good position to pick up the first down after a generally a strong run on first down. The Packers will be able to overcome the Broncos defence this weekend as Manning’s struggles throwing continue.
