2015/16 NBA Betting Tips – November 18
Seven games on the schedule for Tuesday night (Wednesday AEST) and some absolutely cracking match-ups for us to bet on the NBA. We kick things off in chocolate city as the Bucks visit the Wizards.
Milwaukee H2H $2.60 William Hill @ Washington
There should be a few alarm bells going off Wizards fans. This team can’t get any stops! They are conceding an alarming 109 points per game, 29th in the NBA. We do believe they’ll improve and end up in the Eastern Conference playoff picture but right now they are a risk. Gortat is not playing at his best and Coach Wittman leaves us scratching our heads far too often. The Bucks on the other hand have been solid defensively but patchy on the offensive end. With a few new pieces gelling this is to be expected. Jason Kidd’s men look good value and have been assessed at $2.30 and worth a bet.
Atlanta H2H $1.62 Sportsbet @ Brooklyn
This price looks too good to be true. The Nets performed admirably on their West Coast road trip covering the spread in Houston, Sacramento and Golden State. That recent improved performance has been slightly overvalued in their price against the Hawks who continue to fly under the radar. They are a superior team to Brooklyn across the board and despite the two recent losses should be $1.40 against the Nets.
Charlotte H2H $1.89 Sportsbet @ New York
The Hornets are a better team on paper than the Knicks despite some recent strong performances by Carmelo Anthony. The Bugs have struggled to rebound the ball effectively in recent games but match up well against the Knicks. Batum should be a good match-up for Melo and they’ve won 5 of their last 8 with their losses coming against good teams in Chicago, Atlanta and San Antonio. This will likely be a close one but the Hornets should prevail.
Denver H2H $3.10 Sportsbet @ New Orleans
Denver are coming off a tough little stretch and will benefit from having a few days off and heading to the Big Easy to take on the hapless Pelicans. Anthony Davis’ men have only kept one team all season below 100 points. Yikes! They are poorly coached and severely lacking confidence. Impossible to take the short odds about them so have a little tickle on the Nuggets. Assessed at $2.50.
